The Bethlehem Police Mounted Patrol Unit would like to extend the warmest welcome our newest full time member, Ofc. Holschwander. As of August 25th he joined the unit as a full time Mounted Officer. Ofc. Holschwander was hired by the Bethlehem Police Department in 2007. He was previously assigned to the Police Department’s Patrol Division on a patrol platoon. Aside from previously being a Field Rider with the Mounted Unit since 2010, Ofc. Holschwander currently serves on the Lehigh County Gang Task Force and is patrol rifle certified . He will be partnered with Raven. When you see Ofc. Holschwander on the patrol or at an event extend him congratulations on his new assignment.
